Return Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.

Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
5. Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to personalized or customized products, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable.
