The Halco RDL6-GR is a 6" goof ring trim accessory made for Halco ProLED Select retrofit downlights. A goof ring is a cosmetic cover ring that fits over an existing recessed downlight opening, hiding gaps or oversized cutouts left behind from a previous fixture or from drywall repair. Electricians and remodelers use this part on retrofit jobs where the original ceiling hole is larger than the new downlight trim, so the finished look is clean without redoing drywall work.
