The Halco HAL-SPP250-TM24 is an anchor bolt positioning plate, Halco part number 741203, used in the foundation stage of a pole-mounted site lighting installation. It is designed for a square steel light pole at a 30 foot pole height. An electrician or lighting contractor sets the plate in the foundation form to hold the anchor bolts in the correct pattern while the concrete footing is poured, so the square pole base lines up with the bolts once the concrete has cured.
